how do i return or exchange?

We hope that you love your Vintage Giggles purchase and that it becomes a favorite item of yours! However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return or exchange it, we have only two requirements: the item must not be used or damaged in any way, and it must be postmarked for return or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. Here’s how:

1. Return your item to Vintage Giggles, PO Box 110504, Naples, FL 34108

2. Include a note or send us an email at to let us know if you are returning or exchanging your item. If exchanging, indicate the item you would like to exchange for.

3. You are responsible for the shipping of returned or exchanged item(s).

4. Once received, the returned item(s) will be inspected for damage.  To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in it’s original condition.

5. For returns, the price of your item, minus the $6 shipping, will be returned to you to via the method of payment initially used.

6. For exchanges, the cost difference, if applicable and $6 shipping will be invoiced to you. Once payment and your original item received, your new item will ship.
